Cell tower owner services is a new concept which started very recently its basically about taking the land from the owners mostly outside the city to set up their Cell towers for lease and will be paying as per the contract or sometime they even go ahead and buy the land also.
The advantages that the Cell phone companies will have is that they get the land at a very cheaper rate as this will be outside the city and also it increases the customer satisfaction as they can enjoy the uninterrupted network coverage in case if they are traveling out of the city also which will in turn increase the customer base because of the goodwill.
The advantages on this for the Owner of the land will be that they will get good lease amount at lump sum, which can be used, for any business setup purpose or construction of the house or any loans that they can repay in single payment.
So, both ways it is a Win-Win situation but the regular income for the owner will not be there going forward till the contract expires, and also there will be a serious impact if the owner wants to breech the contract.
So, to conclude it is actually a very good and healthy deal as long as both the parties are satisfied with each other and have a good mutual understanding.
